This policy explains what personal information iFalcon.net collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our customers, to users of the VesselBoss app, and to visitors of ifalcon.net and vesselboss.com.

1. Information we collect
- Contact and order details: name, company, phone, email, billing address, vessel name and location, and the products and services you buy.
- Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of the payment and the last digits of the card, not the full card number.
- VesselBoss account data: your login email, the vessels you add, and the repairs, maintenance tasks, trip schedules, costs and notes you enter.
- Website data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs.
2. How we use it
- To prepare quotes, process orders and payments, schedule installations and provide support.
- To provide the VesselBoss service, including reminders and account notifications.
- To handle warranty claims with manufacturers.
- To prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in Panama.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our payment processor and bank, to complete payments.
- Manufacturers (Garmin, Mastervolt, CZone, KVH, Starlink), when needed for product registration, activation or warranty claims.
- Shipping carriers, when an order is delivered.
- Hosting and email providers that run our websites and VesselBoss for us.
- Authorities, when required by law.
4. Security and storage
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to personal data to people who need it. Order records are kept as long as Panamanian tax and accounting rules require. VesselBoss data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days after you ask us to close your account.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Write to customerservice@ifalcon.net and we will reply within 30 days. We handle requests in line with Panama's personal data protection law (Law 81 of 2019).
6. Cookies
Our websites use only the cookies needed for them to work, such as keeping you logged in to VesselBoss.
7. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
