Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for equipment, installation services and VesselBoss subscriptions.

1. Equipment: all sales are final

• We do not accept returns or give refunds on equipment once it has been delivered or picked up.
• Defective equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will manage the warranty claim with the manufacturer for you.
• If we deliver the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged, tell us within 3 business days of receiving it and we will replace it at no cost.

2. Cancelling an equipment order

• You can cancel an order for in-stock items before it is delivered or picked up, and receive a full refund.
• Special-order items that we import for you cannot be cancelled once we have placed the order with the supplier.

3. Installation services

• You can cancel or reschedule an installation at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Labor already performed is billed and is not refundable.
• If our workmanship is faulty within the 90-day labor warranty, we will correct it at no charge.

4. VesselBoss subscriptions

• You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, your subscription will not renew. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not give refunds or partial refunds for the current billing period, including unused time on a yearly plan.
• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you had already cancelled), contact us and we will refund that charge.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster.
