Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases of marine equipment and installation services from iFalcon.net, to subscriptions to the VesselBoss app, and to use of the ifalcon.net and vesselboss.com websites. By placing an order, subscribing, or using these websites, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

iFalcon.net is a marine electronics company based in Panama City, Panama. We are an authorized dealer for Garmin, Mastervolt, CZone and KVH, and we sell and install Starlink equipment. We also develop and operate VesselBoss, a boat maintenance and planning app.

2. Quotes and orders

• Equipment and installation are sold by written quote or invoice. A quote states the products, labor, taxes and total price, and is valid for the period shown on it.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include Panama ITBMS where applicable.
• An order is confirmed when we receive your payment or signed acceptance of the quote. Special-order items may require full payment in advance.
• Availability depends on manufacturer stock. If an item cannot be supplied, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it.

3. Payment

We accept bank transfer, cash and major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. iFalcon.net does not store your full card number.

4. Installation

• Installation work is scheduled with you in advance and carried out at your vessel's location in Panama or at a location we agree on.
• You must give our technicians safe access to the vessel and tell us about any existing faults we should know about.
• If we find conditions that change the scope of work (for example, damaged wiring or missing mounting points), we will explain them and quote any extra work before doing it.

5. Warranty

• Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We help you file warranty claims with Garmin, Mastervolt, CZone, KVH or Starlink.
• Our installation labor is warranted against workmanship defects for 90 days from completion.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water intrusion caused by others, lightning, improper modification, or repairs by third parties.

6. Returns

7. VesselBoss subscriptions

• VesselBoss is offered as a monthly (USD 25) or yearly (USD 275) subscription. Prices may change; we will notify you before a change applies to your next renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter in the app.
• VesselBoss is a planning and record-keeping tool. It does not replace the manufacturer's service schedules, professional inspections, or the captain's judgment about vessel safety.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our websites or VesselBoss for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The iFalcon.net and VesselBoss names, the websites and the VesselBoss software belong to iFalcon.net. Brand names and logos of Garmin, Mastervolt, CZone, KVH and Starlink belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the products we sell.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, iFalcon.net is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost trips, lost income or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product, service or subscription that the claim relates to.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Panama City, Panama.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
